"Home buying is a process, not an event."

The 5 Step Process To A Successful Real Estate Transaction

I can't recall where I first heard the phrase, and in the last five years I have found it to be more true than anything else I've learned as a Real Estate agent. "Home buying is a process, not an event." Those eight words could not be more true. I have identified the five steps in the process that everyone purchasing real estate should know . Those five steps are:

1) Applying for and gaining loan approval.

2) Beginning your search for a new home.

3) Successful negotiation of a contract.

4) The inspection period.

5) Closing the deal.

I will discuss each step in more detail in the coming days. My hope is that through education, not only will you have a better understanding about the process, but that when we reach the closing table you are fully secure in the knowledge that you made the best decision possible. Come join our team. Let us guide you through your first home purchase or through the purchase of your next home. Stay tuned...
